I usually never rate servers regardless if they're good or not. That's a subjective matter so I think a vote doesn't change someone's opinion and personal experience on each different server, but here's mine: server seems great, not that I managed to play for long since I had some issues that made both my account crash for some reason (which never happened in any other server I've been and I always play with two account open at the same time) so I wrote a ticket trying to ask the staff to see what was going on either with the server itself or just my pc being weird and stuff. Opened the ticket the 10th of July, they replied a few days later which is fine, mantaining a server I imagine is not easy and people can be busy 24/7 so yeah np, not mad at that of course. They finally reply asking me to send some screenshots of a file which I do, days go by still nothing. No news, no ''hi we're a bit busy but we'll check as soon as possible'' no anything so same reason, server maintenance can be annoying/rough specially seeing on Discord a few patch announcements going on as my ticket was open. one or two days ago they reply again asking if I still had the same issue which I answer yes I do, then nothing again and yeah server maintenance can be annoying whatever but I'm starting to get a bit annoyed too since I wanna play the server since as I said at the beginning it looked nice so I wanted to play and try it out. Today, on the 15th of July, I logged on Discord to check for news and stuff about my ticket but I found out they closed it for some reason, I was like ''Hmm maybe they fixed it and I just missed the message and stuff while they thought I read it so they closed it'' so alright, I'll log into my game as usual, log both account and test if it work but NOPE still f**king crashes! So I was ''why tf they closed the ticket if I still have problems?'' then went back on Discord and messaged the same TGM I messaged before sending him/her my file screenshots since I couldn't send them in the ticket and also the owner has the private account or whatever so I can't send anything to him/her personally and asked for news (AGAIN for the 4th time) but after a full day still no reply... To sum it up, yes the server seems nice but again I couldn't play it for long so I can't tell what's going on after black orcs since I stopped there because I was crashing every 10 minutes, might have been my pc, might have been the server, who knows. Never had this kind of problem before in any other server. But my personal experience with the staff was just crap, up to you if give it a go or not.
